Phyllis J. Clark, 86, Sharpsville, passed away at 7:45 a.m. Friday, November 7, 2014 at her home in Sharpsville.  She was born May 3, 1928 in Kokomo to Herbert A. and Edith R. (French) Ulsh.  She married Phillip Clark November 24, 1949 in Kokomo and he survives.

Phyllis graduated from Kokomo High School in 1946.  She was a cashier for Wal-Mart for 15 ½ years.  She was a member of Highland Park Church in Kokomo, the Jolly Mollies Club and Card Club.  She was a lifetime resident of the Sharpsville area.

Surviving family include her husband, Phillip Clark, Sharpsville; son, Matthew and wife Brenda Clark, Galveston; four grandchildren, Tasha Cohee, Sharpsville; Shane and Shawn McLochlin, Lafayette; and Shannon Carden, Logansport; six great grandchildren  and a sister, Janet (Don) Baker.  She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Todd Clark and two sisters, Marjorie Sweeten and Geraldine Ulsh.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at Greenlawn Cemetery in Greentown, Indiana with Rev. Ed Vasicek officiating.  No visitation is planned.
